Missed again

For the fifth year in a row "we" (ie the Netherlands) have missed out on a spot in the final of the Eurovision Song Festival :-(

Last night was the second semi final and the pride of NL, "The Toppers", had drawn the last and coveted spot, but alas, the east block conspiracy is alive and well (or the bribe of money, cars, cheese, tulips etc etc was just not big enough!!!). The boys had spent the past months in full on rehearsal, promotion (including a reality tv show), and schmoozing - but all to no avail :-(

Next year, next year !!!!
